Community Involvement

Giving back means giving of ourselves.

From our clients to our neighbours, the idea of putting others first comes naturally to us, from our clients to our neighbours - it's the right thing to do. You'll find us giving back in countless ways, rolling up our sleeves and pitching in to support the organizations that help this community thrive. We invite you to learn more about the educational, civic, social and philanthropic endeavors we support with our time, energy and expertise. If you'd like to be involved, please feel free to contact us to learn more about upcoming events.

Children’s Hearing & Speech Centre of BC (CHSC) established in 1963, is a family-focused clinical and educational centre that provides listening and spoken language therapy to children with hearing loss, giving them the skills and confidence they need to achieve their fullest potential! It is the only listening and spoken language centre in all of Western Canada. Through their programs and services, they ensure that children who are deaf and hard of hearing receive the listening and spoken language intervention they need to live full and independent lives on par with typical hearing children.

Johannes is a proud CHSC alumni and believes that early intervention for children and families supporting those with hearing loss is paramount.

Our team and Raymond James colleagues recently volunteered to support the CHSC’s 60th anniversary celebration.

Through the RJ 5K 4 Kids, we are proud to support Little Warriors and Drug Free Kids Canada as they work to improve the lives of vulnerable youth nationwide. As a society, it is our responsibility to keep our children safe, healthy, and prepared for the future.

In 2023, we proudly supported Raymond James’ annual 5K 4 Kids virtual fundraiser allowing us to prioritize physical and mental wellbeing, in support of the Little Warriors organization.

Little Warriors is a national charitable organization focused on the awareness, prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse. We also advocate on behalf of and with child sexual abuse survivors. The Little Warriors Be Brave Ranch is a specialized, intensive, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment centre focused on helping children and adolescents who have been sexually abused, as well as their families. Every donation makes a significant difference to help prevent and treat child sexual abuse.
